We contacted Mr. Lovato and his law firm after attending, a Zoom that he offered on Estate Planning. We were impressed with his presentation and Mission as to why he felt so strongly about assisting families and Couples with Estate Planning. We retained Mr. Lovato to prepare our Wills, Advance Directive, Power of Attorney, as well as our final wishes after we die. We were involved in every step of the planning and preparation. Mr. Lovato personally met with us via Zoom 4 or 5 times. The fees were appropriate we felt to the amount of work that was involved. Our last meeting was at the Lovato law office, for signing. witnessing and Notarization. Mr. Lovato's staff is very professional and accommodating. We would recommend this Law office to anyone wanting to do their Estate planning.
Mr. Lovato answered all my questions regarding elder care and estate planning. It’s wonderful to have someone listen. He took his time and showed on a pad what all the estate plans mean. I recommend him highly.
Mr. Lovato has been very helpful in explaining what needed to be included in my will. After a period of time I found it necessary to modify the original. Again we discussed the change and he quickly provided me a draft. I’m very pleased with the work performed by Mr. Lovato. Should I need legal advise again, I will definitely seek his council.
Edward was very thorough in explaining the process, options, and his experiences which helped me make more informed decisions. He cared more about me and what I wanted then just wasting time to get paid. I’m now looking forward in working with him on my Estate Planning.
Ed and Jess did a fantastic job guiding us through the process of creating an estate plan. We are relieved to know that our wishes will be followed if anything ever happens to either of us.
Mr. Lovato has gone above and beyond for me. I have received invaluable information from him and he has given me piece of mind in what has been a confusing situation for me.
Thank You MR.Lovato, for your consolation visit with me. You were most helpful in making my concerns at ease. I am most graceful to you. I will call again should I need you in the future. Ofelia
Mr Lovato is amazing. He is very knowledgeable in the field of family law. He helped me through this process and gave me piece of mind! He is professional and really cares about his clients.
We consulted with Edward Lovato regarding a pending case. He did his research before meeting with us, and familiarized himself with the case so he was ready and prepared to answer any questions we had. He was clear and thorough on his advice to us. We felt confident in our future decisions after meeting with him.
I hired Ed in Sept of 2018 to help me with some Child Support issues and with visitation as my Ex was withholding my child from me. I should of fired him a month later because basically all he did was bankrupt me. So far it has cost me 8,500 for literally nothing. Had a court date last month, not much happened as the Judge (I think) was sick or something. Tues of this week, I had another court date. Ed called me the day before asking for all my pay stubs from my employer. I was on the road heading home from out of state. Then, in the AM, HOURS before court, he asked for my taxes. Those were not readily available for me to get and when I told him that he got nasty with me saying something about court being in a few hours and he needed it. I would think he would of asked for these documents days or a week or so prior. I asked him if I needed to bring an important witness that actually came to the cancelled court date, and he said no it wasn't needed. Well guess what. It WAS needed. in fact when we went outside the courtroom to talk and I said this person needed to be there he said "your right and that's on me". Now due to Ed not being prepare I could be owing monies I don't owe. This will ruin me financially not to mention the 8500 he already got, for literally a couple motions and a bunch of emails. Heed my warning and do NOT use this atty. He is rude, and could care less about you and will only give you an attitude instead of a little understanding. Emotions are high in these situations with regards to family issues and you won't get anything from Ed.
