About
I am the principal attorney at my firm. Our firm’s philosophy is simple: meet the goals our client hired us to accomplish, whether that involves litigation or simply negotiating the best outcome possible. We measure our success not by the multimillion-dollar recoveries achieved through the years, but by the level of satisfaction we bring to our clients. We have the resources, skills, and experience to tackle the tough cases against insurance companies, big corporations, and the government. We have a track record we can stand behind. If you want a law firm with experience and dedication, attorneys who will respond to your calls and questions, we would consider it an honor to discuss your legal problems with you.Our firm focuses in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. We always do our best to find the true value in our clients’ cases. Even if you have been denied by your insurance company or turned away by other attorneys, we will take the time to reevaluate your case and we are not afraid to give you a second opinion. We do not charge for consultations, whether by e-mail, telephone, or in person. We represent our clients on a contingency fee basis, which means we do not get paid unless you win.

I hired Ed after my insurance company denied my flood claim. It took 3 years to resolve it but he worked hard the whole time. Always patient and kept me informed. Never gave me a hard time. Was ready to try my case and insurance company settled. Only problem was that his receptionist kept me on hold several time for more than 10 minutes which was irritating as heck. I'm not blaming this on Ed thoug
Super Lawyer Mr. Le is superb in what he does. He is an amazing personal injury attorney to represent your case. He and his team took care of all the paper work, and made sure there were no delays whatsoever. Straight forward, always responsive, clear in his explanations and handled my case quite impressively. My case was difficult, but I feel comfort in his legal advice. I recommend Mr. Le and his team, will rely on them for my friends and family.
If you have a personal injury case, Edward and his staff are great! Before hiring them, I had another attorney who never returned my phone call and always brushed me off. After hiring Edward, he was willing to meet with me on weekends and at every hour. They listen to my needs and made sure that it always came first. In my case, I didn’t want to go to trial and I told him that. Edward said that it’s okay and he was able to negotiate an amazing settlement for me. I can’t thank them enough. Since then, I have referred all my family and friends to them.
I was injured in a car accident and hit by an uninsured driver. I sustained a concussion and couldn’t work for 3 months. My insurance company denied my UIM claim and said it was my fault. I had thousands of dollars in medical bills. I hired Ed’s firm and they fought hard on my behalf. We went to arbitration and I got more a great award more than I ever thought was possible. The money not only helped pay for my medical bills but helped me pay off all my debts. If you want the best personal injury firm in the Seattle area, this is the firm that you want.
I love the way they treat their clients here. From the beginning to the end, I and my family was treated with respect and dignity. Edward and his team met with us at our home, answered all our questions, and helped us with all of our problems. They always made sure to check on us every now and then to give us updates on our case. I can’t thank him and his team enough. I give them six stars if I can.
I was very happy with the quality of representation that I received from them. They not only fought very hard but always kept me updated with developments on my case. After the case settled, they went above and beyond the call of duty and fought hard for me even after my case was settled, providing me with legal advice on steps to protect my settlement funds from every predatory creditor.
The firm exceeded all of my expectations. They went above and beyond what I hired them to do. I had a tough case where the insurance company offered me pittance and called me relentlessly to settle after I can home from the hospital. I hired them and learned that my case value was at least 30 times more. In the end, they delivered and I was more than satisfied.
Edward Le is, by a huge margin, one of the finest attorneys (and human beings) with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure and honor of working. When I have questions regarding the complex field of personal injury law, I seek answers and assistance from Ed. Ed provided me excellent advice on my own personal injury case; also, I recently partnered with Ed on a personal injury case that required bringing out the big gun—Ed was that big gun; the legal prowess and expertise he brings to a case are second to none. Incidentally, Ed was successful in obtaining for this client a very respectable settlement (there is no a doubt in my mind the largest settlement possible.). To prospective clients, know this: personal injury law is different from most other types of law—to be successful requires so much more than simply an attorney with and understanding of the underlying law. To be a successful personal injury attorney requires (in addition to a deep and through understanding of the underlying law) knowing how to deal with insurance companies (no small feat); being a seasoned and skilled litigator (a skill that takes years to hone); knowing the best medical providers (and knowing which will be willing to provide useful testimony for your case); having an intimate understanding of your underlying medical condition/injury; keeping in touch with you and taking the time necessary to truly understand the extent of your injuries and needs, etc. Long story short, do not trust your case to an attorney who does a little bit of personal injury work, or to an attorney who is just getting into the field, or to an attorney whose personal injury practice is focused on an injury different than your injury. Likewise, do not try to represent yourself—you cannot outmaneuver the insurance company. Remember, through someone else’s negligence, your life has been altered (perhaps permanently)—you deserve to be made as whole as is possible (and making you whole is not the goal of the insurance company); hence, don’t settle for anything less than the absolute best representation available—Ed is, hands down, that best representation.
A dump truck crash into me and my husband in Tukwila. I needed a lawyer who handles trucking accidents. This firm was recommended as attorneys who handled big truck accidents. From the moment we hired them, they treated us like a member of their family. Vienna helped us get the hospital debt collectors off our backs and Ed helped us navigate the rehab process. They checked up on us regularly and take our phone calls at all hours of the day. Even during the most difficult times, they were there for us. They fought hard but we didn’t want to go to trial and they respected that. They then negotiated what I thought was a fantastic settlement for us. Even after the case was over, they continued to check up on us to make sure we were doing okay. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I was in a trucking collision in Kent, Wa and I suffered a concussion, mild brain injury, and herniated cervical disc. I needed a .trucking lawyer who handles traumatic brain injury cases. A neurologist referred me to this firm as they specialize in spinal cord and brain injury cases and trucking accidents. From the start, they were extremely professional and helped me get to the right places for rehab. They spent countless time taking care of me and getting to know my injuries. They filed a lawsuit and fought hard against the trucking company's insurance company. In the end, they recovered a huge settlement for me. They even deal with my health insurance company afterwards to reduce the reimbursement I had to pay.
