Prior to forming Eisenstadt, Krippendorf & Galvin with his partners, Attorney Galvin operated his own law practice out of Boston. While there, he successfully defended his clients in both the district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts. The primary focus of his office was in criminal and civil litigation.Before becoming a defense attorney, Attorney Galvin worked as an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County. As an ADA, he handled hundreds of cases involving drug offenses, assaultive crimes, OUI offenses, firearm possessions, shootings, kidnappings, home invasions, robberies, motor vehicle homicides and murders. He spent four years with the DA’s Homicide Response Team. Attorney Galvin was also member of the Gang Unit and successfully prosecuted numerous motions and trials involving gang-related violence and firearm violations. Additionally, he was also the prosecuting supervisor of both the Central and Dorchester divisions of the Boston Municipal Court. As supervisor, Attorney Galvin was responsible for the daily training of the attorneys in each of the courts.Attorney Galvin began his thirteen-year career with the District Attorney’s Office as an investigator for the Senior Trial Unit. His work as an investigator included assisting attorneys with trial preparation; locating and interviewing witnesses; discovering and evaluating evidence; report writing; surveillance and testifying in court.Attorney Galvin graduated cum laude from New England School of Law in 2001. He made Dean’s List each semester and was a recipient of the New England Scholar Award. He was also a staff writer and editor for the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement. Attorney Galvin graduated magna cum laude from Iona College in New York.

I was referred to Mr. Galvin by a friend who had used him. He's very good at what he does and fights for you. My Court appointed attorney was difficult to reach and would not return my calls. If anyone is looking for an excellent Attorney, Mr. Galvin is the one for you
I first found Attorney Galvin through another case and called him. He called me back within an hour. I would highly recommend this Attorney for several reasons. First of all, he listens to what you have to say. I have dealt with Attorneys who were condescending where "they have this know it all attitude". Not only did he listen but he also was respectful and didn't pass judgement. Secondly, most attorney's are mainly concerned about money. The first thing they want to talk about is how are you going to pay them and when can they get the money. Not Attorney Galvin. He charged a very fair price (much lower than any other attorney I dealt with) and he didn't pressure me to give him money right away. Attorney Galvin makes you feel as though you are his only client and will get you results. He is an honest Attorney who is straight to the point and cares about an outcome favorable to you. I was always informed and never had to question his knowledge. He knows his stuff and is definitely someone I will highly refer to anyone needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. He is trustworthy, honest and well worth the money I spent.
