When I walked in his office, I was immediately greeted by the paralegal, a wonderful person, very polite ,well spoken lady. " First impressions are very important". Attorney Holzberg was very friendly, showed extreme interest in my claim. He explained to me things that I didn't understand at first. Finally when my claim was resolved, Attorney Holzberg made sure I got what I deserved!!
I was injured in a car accident and I went to Ed office for just a consultation. Once he evaluated the situation he asked me if he could represent me because I was getting a real screwing from the insurance companies they were denying my case because of their faulty information. Ed had to straighten out a few dopes at that insurance company. Thanks to his knowledge I was able to get paid the policy.
This attorney does not listen to his clients needs. I could not get a word in while speaking with Mr. Holzberg . Needless to say I decided on another attorney that was more interested in helping a client not taking at them full time.
First impressions are very important! I was not impressed with the receptionist who spoke very poor English. I could only understand 20 percent of what she said. She was rude and looked completely out of it. Finally I was able to meet attorney Holzberg. I started explaining my case but Mr. Holzberg kept interrupting me and would not listen to me at all. Very frustrating as who wants an attorney who does not listen to there client and talks over there client. Attorney Holzberg's actions were both rude and unprofessional. This guy really love to hear himself talk! After wasting over an hour of MY time listening to him talk mainly about himself. I left thinking who in there right mind would hire this attorney.
I was involved in an accident and this guy loves to hear himself talk - you can't ask a question without him talking over you and then treating you like your the idiot. At one point I was going to take my case. I spoke with his secretary and she answered my questions and didn't treat me like an idiot. Thank god my case is settled! I would not refer any of my friends to him.
