 I have successfully been practicing Personal Injury cases for over 15 years.  I am the managing attorney for my own lawfirm, the Law Offices of Edward Franceschini.  I am fluent in Spanish and 90 % of my practice is within the Hispanic community. I have successfully obtained many large settlement awards in numerous types of personal injury cases. Automobile accident, slip, trip and fall, medical malpractice, tractor trailor accidents, wrongful death cases.I take great pride in representing the Spanish communities in New York, because my mother is Hispanic and my father is Itailian. I am a graduate from Queens College in Flushing, New York and after graduating I was the president and owner of an Import and Export company at JFK Airport for over 20 years.
