He said the county would not let him get an independent investigator. The county appointed him to represent and then let them tie his hands. I thought if you represented someone you do all you can to help, but this man just let the prosecution withhold evidence in a CF case and did nothing.........Shame on him for not caring.. He also refused to subpoena pertinent witness, because they live out of state. Now we are facing a tough fight with no money to fight with.
