He was very accessible when he handled my long-term disability insurance case. When I had questions I could speak to him without having to talk to a secretary or paralegal two or three time first. Also, after winning my appeal he didn't take any attorney fees out of my future monthly checks!
I hired Mr.Edward for an Auto Accident claim, and I was satisfied with the outcome. He was very patient and asked specific questions related to the claim. He made sure he asked precise information to argue your claim. He also referred a great chiropractic clinic who worked well with my work schedule. I was satisfied with the outcome of the case and would definitely would refer Mr. Doskey to another client if needed. He is a very genuine guy with superb understanding of anyone life situation.
I hired an attorney who did a lot of promising and not much other then that. I felt I was being forced into a settlement I felt uncomfortable with. I called Ed and explained my situation. End result 3.5 times settlement amount with no stress. To top it off I am over 3000 miles away. Ed did this all over the phone and via the internet. Look no further you found the right guy.
I hired Mr Doskey with little knowledge of disability law, I explained my situation and he informed me of what to expect and the time frame to expect it in, He was a true professional from start to finish and am more than pleased with his results, I would recommend Mr. Doskey to any person who has been injured on the job.
I'm really pleased with the outcome of my case. When I first contacted Mr. Doskey, I was confused and frustrated and I really didn't know what to do anymore. The insurance company was pulling some sh*t I wasn't expecting, and since I've never had to do this before, I feel like they may have been taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. A friend of mine used this lawyer for another type of case (a different type of insurance), and she had recommended him. I really didn't want to get a lawyer because I thought I could do the paperwork and all the stuff myself. But once my claim was denied, I realized that maybe I should have taken her advice to begin with. The point is, Mr. Doskey knows what he's talking about, and despite the fact that I (at first) thought he was exaggerating how duplicitous the insurance company could be, it turns out they really WILL go to any length to prove that your claim is B.S. Don't waste your time trying to do it yourself. I consider myself a pretty smart person, but this was ridiculous. I probably could have avoided at least 5 wrinkles and like 20 headaches if I would have just saved my energy and called this guy in the beginning.
