About
Thanks for visiting my profile, I hope it is informative to you. Nonetheless, I rarely review the contents of this website and I rather have potential clients contact me through other means including my websites jdpimmigration and jdpinmigracion dot com. This keeps the communications private and reach me, since I rarely log-in into this website to check "messages" on it.If calling please keep in mind that in my office I only speak with clients to avoid paralegals or assistants providing legal advise over the phone when they are not authorized by the State Bar to do so. Other law offices might be OK with having their non-attorneys responding basic questions over the phone but in our office that is not authorized. This means I might not be able to answer your call on that instant, but will return the call as soon as possible. Thanks for your attention and hope to hear from you soon.

Justo is a very sincere person and will tell you the truth about your case. He has been my lawyer for 3 years already and every question I have he gives an answer. He has helped my all my family out with immigration cases I highly recommend him he is one of the best lawyers I've ever met very understanding of certain situations and guides you through it, like I said I recommend him a million times.
My wife was accused by immigration of falsifying information on her application for citizenship. The ended her legal status and started deportation. we went to Eduardo and he asked for all documents and 14 months later there is no more court to go to, my wife is legal again, and he recommended that by September my wife should ask to become a citizen again. I will sure as hell use him for that too.
It took me over 20 years to become legal and a US Citizen because of a mistake my US Citizen mother made when I was born. I swore I was a US Citizen when I was done with high school until I was told I was not by various government agencies. Eduardo Justo was very understanding of my problem and used every trick in the law to get me a work permit then requested my residence and helped me with my citizenship. It took various years, after all Immigration takes forever to do everything and they ask for the same thing over and over again (they seem to loose papers we sent). Anyway, I would recommend him regardless of his cold attitude and dry personality since he gets the job done, explains everything, and does an excellent job. The most recent time I hired him was for the citizenship, and he provided educational material in writing and dvd, as well as a simulation of the examination.
Immigration took forever to do anything with the case, since my family is from Mexico (I was born here) and they have limited amount of residences available per year for them (he explained it to me). But once their turn was up the case moved fast and smoothly. I do not understand the person that talked bad about Eduardo. The fact that it has been a year doesnt means immigration is moving the case along, or that it is time to file. We waited almost 8 years. We though it was too long, but other lawyers said it was normal to wait that much, even more, so we trust Eduardo. Even immigration, when we called, said it took very very long for people of Mexico to become residents. We are happy with his services, he did a great job and charged less than other attorneys. Im ending college and my parents are here legally finally for the graduation in june :-)
As an attorney, I had an immigration issue that needed assitance. The issue was of a personal nature and I researched attorneys before acting on the matter. I found Mr Justo and he was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend my clients to him, having been one myself.
HE IS GREAT. IS VERY ASSERTIVE, WHICH MIGHT BE CONFUSED AS RUDE BUT HE IS NICE. WORKED GREAT, AND I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE WHAT THE OTHER LAWYERS DID, SINCE ONCE HE TOOK THE CASE ALL WAS SOLVED VERY EASILY. GREAT IMMIGRATION LAW ATTORNEY. HE CHARGED AS MUCH AS OTHERS, AND GOT THINGS DONE. OTHERS CHARGED ME AND DID NOTHING, STILL WAITING FOR SOMETHING OUT OF THEM WHICH WOULD BE USELESS NOW SINCE MY HUSBAND GOT THE PAPERS HE NEEDED.
After visiting various attorneys I used his website, he helped me via his related website jdpabogadoinmigracion dot com, went to "Ordenar" and pressed English and hired the website. They use him as the attorney. I got my papers so fast my wife could not believe it, specially after everyone said that it would take years, that I could not make it, and wanted to charge me between $4,000 and $8,000. The website did it for around $800.
This guy is awesome... I can not believe people are not fighting to get him to represent them. He is fantastic, he got exactly what we wanted for my wife, and we are still waiting for the government to start anything against our son (BTW free on bond for 3 years, and nothing has happened since the bond). Is like this guy has control over what happens. Too bad he only does immigration law, though, his ability would be great on other courts.
