Most of my 25-years career dealt with legal project management in aggressive business/taxation environments which involved strategical vision, troubleshooting, daily decision-making, and negotiating sophisticated multilateral contracts/settlements. My science background helped me understand and resolve the most sophisticated personal and business legal issues including corporate law and taxation, as well as international transactions. Designing legal strategies/settlements/contracts I estimated tax and financial consequences, including, in some cases, the detailed forecast financial statements. My entrepreneurial approach secured the best value for money when employing legal strategies, tactics, and tools.
