We set up an appointment to have a consolation with Mr. Schlenders and went into speak with him about my case. He asked many questions of whom I was related to and stated he had been-was a judge. After we had gotten through all of that he asked 3 questions looked at me and said it was too early to tell about my accident and to come possibly come back in a year. I hired a different attorney firm that did a wonderful job. Also, I had phoned him about a crimal case I needed help with and left a message. He did phone me back. He began asking me whom my relatives were again. When I got telling him he stated he could help me. It didn't even ask about the case. He never my family either. My family and had been here since the 1950s; are good pillars of the community. I'm not sure why all the question ing about one's family has anything to do with hiring him. Mr. Schlender went on to say he was a judge on an indian reservation also. I'm not sure what one had to do with the other. Once again, I hired a different attorney. They did a great job. I wanted to give him a second chance. Now I've seen him taking cases he wouldn't take.
