Many matrimonial attorneys lack the temperament or training to litigate a difficult case. Other attorneys know that I am not afraid to litigate a case to a decision from the judge. That is why I settle the vast majority of my cases. I do not patronize or criticize my clients but work closely with them to get their divorce completed so that they can get on with their lives.
