Dustin Kittle is a life-long resident of the State of Alabama, born in Boaz and raised in the town of Geraldine. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama, Mr. Kittle graduated with honors from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.Growing up on a cattle and poultry farm in rural Northeast Alabama, Mr. Kittle has taken a unique path to the practice of law. He cites his work ethic and his ability to relate to people from all walks of life as a product of that small- town upbringing.In 2010, Mr. Kittle co-founded Beckum Kittle LLP with a goal of representing individuals facing real world problems in their personal and professional lives. With that goal in mind, Mr. Kittle’s legal practice is focused on Employment Law, representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated, retaliated against, or otherwise impacted by a violation of their legal rights on the job.Mr. Kittle has successfully represented employees in litigation against employers ranging from government entities to Fortune 500 companies. He is licensed to practice in Alabama’s State and Federal Courts as well as in the State Courts of Tennessee.Mr. Kittle resides in Trussville with his wife, Michelle, and their daughter, Abigail. When he is not practicing law, Mr. Kittle enjoys taking family trips, watching documentaries, and supporting University of Alabama athletics.
