Dudley F. Woody has practiced labor and employment law with the firm for more than 25 years. Dudley represents management and has provided training in all aspects of labor and employment law, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, HIPAA, union free management and OSHA. He graduated summa cum laude from Roanoke College and received his law degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining the firm he served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia for The Honorable Ted Dalton. He is national president of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, past president of Literacy Volunteers of America and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management.
