Thank you so much Duane for taking the time to discuss my case. He was very thorough and always had time to answer my multiple questions. A very empathetic individual that really tries to help you with your situation!
I hired Duane to help me through my child support set up and JPA agreement which is complicated due the fact that my ex and i could't agree on anything. From the first time i sat down in our consultation i knew that this was the attorney for me. He always provided me with the information i needed to make competent decisions and he handle things in a timely matter. I'm very blessed to have him as my lawyer. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Duane provided guidance and sound advice regarding my case, he was straightforward and presented options as to how to resolve the issues. Duane's goal is to obtain the best possible outcome in all of his cases, always taking into consideration what is best for his client, or the children (if there are any). Duane is knowledgeable and represents his clients vigorously, while taking into consideration the merits of each case. I would highly recommend Duane, as he always has the best interests of his client as his primary concern.
I recently went through the hardest experience of my life. It's very hard to describe the stress and worry that goes thru you as a father during a divorce and custody battle. Mine went on for a year and a half. Mr Duane St. Pierre helped me get justice for my children and myself. I'm completely happy with the outcome of my case. He's very experienced, completely professional, and handled my case with a subtle cleverness and understanding. Everything that was thrown out by opposing council he knew exactly when and how to counter. If you're looking for someone that knows this child custody arena, please contact Mr. St. Pierre.
Mr. St Pierre kept on making mutual agreements with my estranged husband's attorney, without asking me my opinion first. I am struggling because of these mutual agreements including financially. I now have no attorney. Not long after I hired Mr. St Pierre, he tried to drop me as a client because I wasn't understanding what he was telling me to do. I needed someone to be on my side and I did not feel like he was on my side even though I was paying him. He even told me that he did me a favor by doing a mutual agreement that I was saved two to $4000 for him doing so I Matt he could've lying to his pockets from me but he didn't. I can't find his pockets with money because I am given any money and temporary child support and alimony because of his mutual agreement. I'm supposed be getting almost $900 in child support and $1800 a month in alimony and I'm not getting that I'm getting $1200 a month and my estranged husband's attorney keeps on knocking me out of court when I try and ask the judge for a raise of this amount. Mr. St Pierre did not try hard enough to protect me and the interests of my son. I was difficult and he was right and I was wrong. That's not how an attorney should treat his client.
