Duane wrote our family’s trusts, rewrote them 3 times through the years and made a final combined all in one trust. He yelled at me once when I asked a question about the type of trust he used. He removed a portion of the trust regarding purchase of annuities for beneficiaries at death of grantors and never mentioned that he had done that. When asked to correct the number of years for payouts to beneficiaries, he gave excuses that making further changes would "mess up the page numbers” and he’d have to retype the whole thing, and "trusts aren't written up that way."
