During the month of February 2019 our company consulted, and then proceeded to hire, Attorney Douglas Burnett to represent us in a very difficult case related to one of our housing developments in St. Augustine, Florida. Our case involved the release of contractual agreement and services with our Real Estate Brokerage firm who represented us in selling the homes in our development, however, what made this case so unique and difficult was that there were stipulations in the signed contract which were highly damaging and costly to our company.
