Mr. Mohney is Board Certified in Social Security Disability Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (accredited by the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar) and is one of only a select few Board Certified Social Security Advocates in the State of Florida (4 of which practice at Avard Law Offices). In addition, he received his Accreditation as an Attorney from the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a privilege that carries specific responsibilities, for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for Veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
