After dealing with Social Security for almost three and a half years I got a hold of Doug lo and behold he works his tail off along with his secretary Michelle and got the job done to get me my benefits if ever in need these are the best people in the world to work with they don't stop until they win would highly recommend them over anyone
Mr. Garner was very professional and very well prepared in court. I would have liked a little more contact and detail in knowing what was going on with my case, but other than that I was very satisfied and highly recommend Mr. Garner and his staff.
My Social Security case was a difficult one which required 3 years to conclude. After being turned down on the initial filing and appeal we had to have a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Garner's assistant Michelle did an outstanding job of compiling all the necessary records, getting what she needed from me and getting the case filed. They kept me up to date as to how the case was proceeding. Mr. Garner did an outstanding job of putting together the facts and the case to present to the judge and prepared me very well for my testimony. He was up front and honest about our chance of winning. I really appreciate all the hard work they put into this case and can't thank Mr. Garner enough for all he did for me. I recommend Mr. Garner to anyone who needs an attorney and especially for Social Security.
Mr. Garner represented me for my SSDI hearing. I hired him in May 2018 and had the hearing and received my approval in May 2019. He collected all documentation of treatment since my initial application, and did an excellent job explaining my limitations to the judge.
He did a great job for me. Met once, filled out forms for me, stayed in touch with social security administration, decent phone response time, boom done. Thanks for your hard work.
Nasty attitude was told he was too busy to to talk to me I dropped him as a lawyer i did not like that the way he went off on me so I fired him he now say I owe fees because I took him off my case stay away from this business find you a real attorney that cares about you and the case I do not recommend this person to no one
