My practice focuses on employment and construction counseling and litigation, and general commercial litigation. I advise owners, developers, and contractors concerning construction contracts, disputes during construction, and I mediate, litigate and arbitrate all types of construction claims after completion (including breach of contract, construction defect, design defect, and delay claims). I advise employers on employment law practices, regulatory compliance and claims avoidance, and I defend employers against employment claims in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings. I provide counseling and litigation representation in business disputes in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, retail, distribution, and healthcare.
