I focus my practice on intellectual property procurement and protection for clients in the biotechnology, biomedical, life science, pharmaceutical, cleantech, agriculture and diagnostics industries. I combine my legal and scientific background to provide client counseling in the areas of molecular biology, biochemistry, physiology, genetics, vaccines, antibodies, microbiology, pharmaceuticals, drug delivery, formulations, small molecule chemistry, protein engineering, therapeutic methods, plant breeding, plant pathology, biofuels, and bioremediation. I am admitted to practice before the California Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
