Donna Boggs was to represent my mother and I in a bankruptcy, and file homestead. We gave her all the info she needed and said from then on tell creditors to contact her as our bankruptcy attorney. We waited a few months after her excuses, vacation, never available to talk to her. One of the creditors called to say Donna Boggs said she is not representing us!! Nice way to find out...you think she could have told us that she wasn't CAPABLE of filing a bankruptcy! Now we have a lien on our house, and my mother (91 year old quadraplegic) and I are still getting warrants and phone calls.
