In July of 2018 I was referred to Donna. I hired her to read and negotiate a contract that I was going to enter into with a co pack manufacturer for my company. Donna read the contract and advised me that the contract indemnified me but not the co pack manufacturer. However, she did not negotiate better terms on my behalf and did not do more than read the contract although she knew exactly what I wanted her to do because I was very clear with her about my goals. Donna did not communicate with the co packer, she simply read the contract. She did not represent me in any way. All she did was read the contract and tell me what she saw and did not like. That was the extent of her services although she claims to be an attorney the represents small businesses and understands the challenges that we face, especially as a startup. Her poor representation allowed the co packer to take advantage of me and cost me a great deal of money. As a startup and small business her poor representation shutdown my business in 2018. It has taken me a year to recover from that horrible set back and financially things are still difficult because of what happened with the co packer. Unfortunately, there are attorneys who want to make money and take money and don't tell the truth about their level of experience in an industry.
