Don was very helpful with assisting my siblings and I with our parents' estate. Would highly recommend him. He provided sound and solid counsel.

I had a very hard divorce with an extremely aggressive OC. Don did not have my best interest and during the temporary hearing he convinced me that I "would not get a better deal" so to take what OC was offering. This in turn set me up for failure as my case is now finalize (with a different attorney) and this temporary order greatly impacted my parenting-time, child-support, and evaluation fees. I went from seeing my children everyday to roughly 21 hours a week with one overnight with over $1,000 in child support. He agreed with 2/3 cost (mine) for evaluation fees which equaled thousands of dollars when my spouse actually made more than I did. This is not what I was expecting from a decorated military officer. If you even suspect that you're spouse will go after everything you have and leave you with nothing, look elsewhere! Don will not stand up for you when the going gets tough and instead settle. If he would've ligated and fought for me at least I knew we tried but it didn't even get there. He convinced me that this was the best I would get and didn't even try to get me a better deal. One more thing, we had the upper hand going into the temporary hearing since we got the restraining order dismissed (he was not the main attorney here also as he wanted to be a witness and one of his fellow attorney took his place) and he simply handed OC my future. Cannot recommend if you're going to war!
