Don Wong is David Ltd’s Founder and Managing Director.Since beginning his career in the wireless industry over seventeen years ago, Don has provided management consulting services to clients including: AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, MetroPCS, Nextel Communications, SprintPCS, and US Cellular. His experience and involvement in the development of over 1,000 cell sites nationwide spans site acquisition; permitting and entitlements; training; legal work and regulatory compliance; and project and program management. Notable engagements include: overseeing a 495 site power upgrade project for SprintPCS (emergency back-up power for disaster preparedness); negotiating and drafting several hundred long-term lease agreements for Nextel Communications valued at nearly $1 million each; and managing the team that wound-up AT&T Wireless’ Project Angel in Los Angeles.Before founding David Ltd, Don provided consulting services individually and through Intangible Assets LLC, a consulting firm he founded in 1999. Prior to consulting independently, he held several leadership positions with Whalen & Company, Inc.Don earned a JD from the American University’s Washington College of Law and a BA from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.
