Don is a partner at Dunn Carney, and joined the firm in 1986. Don has a diverse litigation practice, including in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense, professional liability, estate and trust litigation, and business litigation. Don has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases in the state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. Don was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in 2013 - 2019 in the field of Insurance Law. In 2006-2019, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Don as a Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage. He is A.V. rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
