I am a current client and cannot express enough gratitude to Mr. Temple in handling the many complex and intricate layers and legalities of a very complicated federal agengy lawsuit.

Paid the consultation fee, met with the assistant attorney who was nice enough however not very knowledgable and had to run everything through Mr. Temple who apparently was so busy he rarely responded or took an extremely long time to do so. In addition to the consultation fee I also paid an initial retainer which resulted in absolutely zero movement on my case. When asked about how best to proceed I was basically told to cough up more money or cut my losses...I did the latter

I was referred to Temple Law Offices by a colleague. Via his firm's website, made an online appt. for an initial consult specifically w/Atty. Temple himself. 3 weeks later, when I arrived for my appt., I learned that not only was he not present, but that his staff knew this in advance, yet failed to notify me and give me the choice to reschedule. I met with one of his "staff attorneys" who did much more talking than listening. The binder of documentation that I had prepared in advance for Atty. Temple was barely reviewed. The sub atty. told me that he would prepare a "prospective case 'summary'" for Atty. Temple to review upon his return, and that I should expect a follow-up call from him or Temple in about a week to discuss my options and a plan of action. I told the "sub" atty. that I hoped to retain Temple for written advocacy on my behalf, or, possible litigation later. After hearing nothing from Temple Law Offices for almost THREE weeks, I sent a letter to both attorneys, reiterating my needs and requesting a prompt follow-up call. When I got no response, I called the firm only to have the initial ("sub") atty. hide behind the ofc. receptionist, so I asked for Temple, who called me back sometime later. This fool all but dismissed my concerns about the lack of promised follow-up, making it clear that he "should be billing me just for talking to him after the initial consultation." He could tell me very little about his understanding of my case details, because of the obvious disconnect in communication btwn him and the "sub" atty. I had actually met with. What's more, he had no clue what my letter actually said, and finally admitted that he hadn't read it, promising to do so right away then call me right back. That was the last I ever heard from him. $250 lost for a consultation w/ him which never happened + no promised follow-up + money-hungry rudeness and unprofessionalism = AVOID TEMPLE LAW OFFICES AT ALL COSTS.
