Don is an outstanding attorney. He remains knowledgeable and current on laws and judicial procedure especially during these changing times. His interpersonal interactions and demeanor put people at ease with his approach and style. One of his strengths is in the courtroom. He is a true litigator. He is very confident and calm as a courtroom lawyer and is quick to identify contradictions, evidentiary issues and other matters that affect the case. For me personally, at a time when I was unfairly treated by my employer after 30 years of loyal and dedicated service, I was at the lowest point in my career. Don was more than just an attorney willing to help. His advice, consultation and recommendations provided me the professional and friendly support I badly needed to get me through a very difficult time.
