Partner in well known and respected firm of six partners in Southern Minnesota.   Have been chair of litigation section for 10 years.  Have tried numberous cases in both State and Federal Court, in both Minnesota and Iowa. Active in the community, with 3 kids in school, and spouse is a nurse.  Litigated many cases through trial, and roughly 15 significant appeals over the years. Have served on numberous boards -- both non-profit and for profit.  Currently serve as Trustee for Mayo Clinic Health System - Albert Lea.
