Got everything done quick and efficient for me and my daughter. Established a share parenting order thank you don for everything
I hired Mr. Roberst on a Friday to represent me the following Tuesday, February 7, 2017 concerning a civil protection order. He had his assistant attempt to serve subpoenas the same day, but was unsuccessful. On Sunday, Mr. Roberts delivered the subpoena himself. How many attorneys do you know that would work on a Sunday? Do I need to say more? Well, that Tuesday, the case was dismissed. Mr. Roberts is by far one of the most compassionate and the best attorney that I have personally hired! And I know that his rates are very reasonable.
I'll start by stating that Don was referred to me by my Daycare's assistant. She was NOT represented by Don, her X was. She told me that he was a shark, but for the benefit of the father's rights...because she knows I'm a good Dad. There should be no scenario in a legal separation & divorce where either party gets 100% of what they wanted...it has to be about the kids (if you have them). I have heard many horror stories of divorce and the father living in his car... In my scenario, I am more than satisfied given all of the potential outcomes. Don kept me in check at the appropriate moments and coached me through what is a more than difficult time. I would easily recommend Don to anyone seeking WHAT IS MORALLY RIGHT!
Don really understood my situation and who I was. He understands people and there needs. I will and have recommended him to family and friends.
Don is an exceptional attorney. In my dealing with Don, I have found that not only will give you an honest answer, but will come up with a solution for your family. I have worked with Don multiple times and trust his knowledge and know he will fight for me and my family. Don is very involved and compassionate which makes him stand out in a crowd of other attorneys. I would recommend Don for any legal advice to anyone due to the fact that Don is very professional, but overall he is a straight shooter and is very cost conscious. Don will work within your budget and try to get the best outcome for your family.
One of the best lawyer's, got me where I need to be fought for my rights, I was very pleased to meet such a wonderful attorney and I would recommend him for any type of case especially Divorce cases
My attorney, Don Roberts, put together an excellent case for me regarding Grandparents Rights in Ohio. His excellent work resulted in my getting a court order for visitation/companionship with my grandson. I was impressed with his knowledge of how the courts in various counties work in this area of law. I was also extremely impressed with his overall background. I followed Mr. Roberts advise and he was able to get a favorable outcome for me which has changed my life in a most positive way. Mr. Roberts takes the time to explain the details, is honest about how he gauges the outcome, and does not make false promises. He made my retainer go the distance. He is fair and he cares about his clients. He worked very hard on my case and I give him the highest recommendation.
Don got me everything I wanted and more. He worked with me and my budget and gave me the best legal service I could have ever had. Don handled my case with passion and cared about my needs as if they were his own. Even when he was injured, he came to court in pain to make sure my case was handled correctly. He got me joint custody and 50% time with my child and no child support. As a man I always identified the law as not being on the side when it comes to parental matters, but Don showed me I have more rights than I thought I had. He always kept me informed about my case no matter what day it was. I was always able to get in contact with him and if he was busy he reached out to me as soon as he was free. I thank him for putting me in a position where I can be a proud father. I will most definitely send everyone I know his way.
Don time and time again has gone out of his way to help my case and my family in every way. Don is considerate and really cares about people and thats what seperates him from the rest. I highly recommend this intelligent, respectful, and careing attorney for anyone looking for legal help/ advice. Also Don will stand up for you and kick some ass! Seriously he is the best attorney I have ever came acrossed.
I attended the University of Florida's College of Law in the 90s. Upon graduation, I chose not to practice for various reasons. One of those reasons was that I saw too many of my classmates who seemed to be there for the wrong reasons; namely status, money or pure unadulterated VANITY (aka "my favorite sin," as Al Pacino famously said in Devil's Advocate). In truth, I was also guilty of such to some degree. I did, however, see a few diamonds in this rather dismal pile of humanity. A select few among them were, in fact, attending law school only for the love of the law's true purpose. These legal knights treated the law with a purity and a reverence usually reserved for the medical profession or clergy. To these future lawyers, it wasn't about a Rolex watch or BMW, but it was about practicing their deeply held belief in the vision that once was THE LAW; to uphold justice, defend the weak, and be an untouchable champion of the helpless. Don Roberts reminds me of one of those legal crusaders I was privileged to call my classmates. While helping me with a family law case, I saw him courageously take on an entire courtroom, including an irate judge, in his aggressive defense of his client -a sweet woman who was otherwise defenseless and vulnerable against her cruel ex-husband's powerful yet spiritually sold-out DKNY and Prada wearing lawyer. Throwing personal concerns to the wind, he laid it all on the line to successfully defend this woman's rights, where less noble counselors would have shied away- concerned more for their bottom line than their client. In fact, her previous lawyer had sold her down the river, for exactly this reason, and if not for his fearless intercession that day, she would have lost her case right there and then. For these reasons, and many others, I cannot recommend Mr. Roberts highly enough. JDL UF College of Law, class of 2000

JDL UF College of Law, class of 2000
Got everything done quick and efficient for me and my daughter.
JDL UF College of Law, class of 2000
Got everything done quick and efficient for me and my daughter.
