Don helped me with a divorce few years ago and I was honored because he made everything better during this hard time. I didn't have to worry as much because I knew I was in good hands. My ex husband and I were dealing with a custody battle and Don helped me get what was equal and deserved. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with divorce. Thank you Don!

I had a large case pending and had also been on bond for an assault. Don was able to get my case dismissed and I'm so lucky he did . He's a great guy! Total compassion for his work. Good hearted person truly. Rare to find.

About a year ago, I was charged with DWI while I was in the process of moving to another state. I knew I was guilty but I didn't want to be on probation. Mr. Morehart arranged for my case to be postponed long enough for me to complete some alcohol classes and then arranged a plea agreement so that I would not have to serve probation or any more jail time. I came back to Texas one time for court and was able to fly home by the middle of the same day. If you ever have the misfortune of getting arrested for DWI, I would recommend Mr. Morehart. He really does know his way around the courthouse.

In the summer of 2010, my daughter was visiting her dad in Central Texas. I'm not sure what he did, but my daughter ended up being taken by CPS. At the first court hearing, Mr. Morehart got the judge to order my daughter returned to me, that day, and I was able to drive home to Mississippi with my little girl. If it had not been for Mr. Morehart, my daughter could have stayed in foster care for months. Mr. Morehart was so nice to me and my family, but he was a real bull dog in the court room when it was needed.
