I represent debtors(corporate and individuals) secured lenders, credit unions, trustees and unsecured creditors in proceedings under chapters 7, 13 and 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and in insolvency-related litigation. I routinely represent creditors in preferential transfer and fraudulent conveyance actions. I also have extensive experience in representing purchasers and sellers of assets in §363 transactions. I have appeared and argued extensively in different federal courts throughout the United States on a wide range of issues including appellate related litigation. In addition, I practice in the area of general corporate law with a focus on entrepreneurs and start-up businesses.   Essential to such representation is to provide proactive legal advice relating to corporate law and litigation avoidance to clients’ senior management.  I negotiate and draft complex contracts, loan documents and settlement agreements and also negotiate operational and supply contracts for manufacturing concerns.  Upon many occasions I have assists in mergers and acquisitions and franchise issues. To whom it may concern; Don represented me for over two years and I can't think of a better person to have done so. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone finding themselves in the unenviable position to need representation. Having Don work for you makes things a whole lot easier. He is very thorough, timely and he keeps you informed without just racking up the bill. I have worked with my fair share of lawyers over the years and Don is one of the best.
