I consulted with DJ, during the consultation he presented himself as if he was firm and would take care of business. This was not my experience, I paid money for work that was never completed. Then he emailed me stating they needed more money when hardly anything had already been done by them. I did as much work as I could and gave it to them so they wouldn't have to, none of it was presented in court. They gave me an amount that would be my half of the estate and never presented it in court, so that money was never seen. He did not even come close to doing the job he was hired for, what a disappointment he ended up being. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone I know.
We hired D.J. Bolinger to handle a change in parenting time. At first, he seemed like he was going to handle our case fantastically. Except after the initial phone call, we kept calling to find out when he wanted us to send him our evidence and he kept pushing it off. Then when we finally got to send it his way, he needed to continue our hearing so he would have more time to review the information we sent him. Had he listened to my husband to begin with, he would have had enough time. Then at the next hearing date, he opted to do mediation without my husband's consent resulting in no progress being made for our case. He then requested MORE money to cover his screw up. We were already out $3000 and he hadn't accomplished a single thing. His laziness resulted in us having no contact with my stepson for 8 months.
