I have been handling cases for injured people and the families of people who died in North Carolina since 1978.  My job is to help those I represent determine if they have a case and, if they do, to get the most compensation for their losses.  In addition to representing people, I also am a Professor at Duke Law School where I teach tort (injury) law, the rules of evidence, and trial skills.  I am the author of several books on those topics.  If you wnat to talk with me about your case, please call me at 919 613-7085.
