I have directed my own legal practice for 33 years. During my years as an attorney, I have provided legal services and litigated claims for a multitude of satisfied clients. My practice involves issues related to personal injury and criminal defense.I represent persons injured in car crashes, retail stores, rental properties, etc. through the negligence of others. I litigate cases regarding direct and indirect injury to health and property from oil and gas operations through civil claims for damages due to industry negligence, products liability, trespass, nuisance, and fraud. I represent people charged with crimes from misdemeanors to felonies. I also represent people charged with traffic matters and before the Department of Motor Vehicles.
