I am an associate attorney at Brown McGarry Nimeroff LLC. I focus on commercial litigation matters, ranging from shareholder disputes to commercial fraud. I also litigate in the areas of legal malpractice, workers' compensation defense and complex collection of judgments. I have practice experience in the Courts of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.I advise clients in a diverse array of legal issues. I have experience in all stages of litigation, as well as arbitration. I also have experience with corporate matters, including knowledge of and familiarity with corporate governance and deal documents.
