Then he came to my house and told me to sign and release State Farm from all Obligations and that he would make the Third Party Lawsuit pay for Damages and $20,000.00 In MRI & Medical Bills so I signed. Keep in mind he never called me, never kept me abreast on anything,no communication. I'm not going any further, He's also put in his letters of filings that I threatened him while requesting my file to take to another attorney, which he's making it very difficult for me to get and charging me a hundred dollar deposit +++ for additional copies.
