About
Dillon was born in California (unfortunately) but grew up and spent most of his early life in Kingman, Arizona. His first exposure to the legal system came during high school when he spent a summer in the Mohave County Attorney’s Office working with attorneys and office staff in various practice areas.Dillon attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with specializations in Legal and Criminal Investigation, Legal and Court Justice, and Justice in Politics, Media, and Popular Culture. Throughout and immediately after college he held positions in both the Court Administration and Clerk of Superior Court departments of the Superior Court of Arizona in Coconino County, and operated on the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team responding to both individual-wilderness and disaster emergencies. During his time with the Superior Court, he was part of a team that was awarded the 2016 Strategic Agenda Award by the Arizona State Judiciary and the 2016 Merit Award by the Arizona Association of Counties.In 2020, Dillon passed the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) in February, graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School in May, and then passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in October. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland and handles cases in both states dealing with firearms or general estate practice. He is also admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Courts for the District of Maryland, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.Dillon has been hunting and shooting, mostly in the Arizona desert, for nearly as long as he has been able to walk and can regularly be found on the range or exploring the trails and forests around Pennsylvania. Transitioning that background into a focus on firearms-related law was the natural evolution of his ever-increasing interest and understanding of the law and defending the Second Amendment.

Dillon handled a PICS challenge and a criminal record challenge in Maryland that resulted in my record being corrected and cleared. Dillon Harris was able to get PICS records corrected and I was able to obtain my Licence to Carry Firearms so I can protect my family and myself in these times of turmoil. He exceded my expectations in resolving this matter.
Reached out to Dillon in April 2021, walked me through the stuff I needed to start the process. Very knowledgeable and helpful. June 2021 finished my part of the process, came July a petition was filed. August got notified my hearing will be in September, two days after my hearing was told my petition was granted my firearm rights were restored. Dillon always suggested from the beginning of the process to atleast wait 30 days to purchase a firearm to be sure the state police has processed your relief due to the amount of backups due to COVID. But to my surprise two weeks later and got the ok that I may move forward with the purchasing of a firearm as well as obtaining my license. I’m glad I came across Dillon in my search of lawyers for this case very happy with my outcome.
