Had a civil fraud case, causes of action include standard breach and fraud causes. The attorney was taking a shot at me with the "fraud" just to spice it up and attempt to recover money from a bond. I asked Deiter to make the fraud go away. He did just that, immediately. He then tried to litigate against the contract breach causes, but I knew they could not be overcome. I would recommend him any day of the week.

Totally screwed me. Does not answer phone calls or respond. You have to beg for a response. I got rid of him and got a new lawyer and can't believe the difference
