Prior to joining Jezic & Moyse as personal injury attorney, Diana Pak Yi worked on a wide range of civil litigation matters. She has advocated for various clients at trial in personal injury suits and has also vigorously represented clients in family law matters involving custody, divorce, and protective orders. Ms. Pak Yi has successfully represented clients before the immigration court in asylum, cancellation of removal, and other defensive proceedings. In addition to individuals, Ms. Pak Yi has also counseled corporate clients on proposed business transactions while protecting their rights through litigation in Virginia.Ms. Pak Yi graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Pak Yi worked in the International Human Rights Clinic, where she represented clients concerning a variety of human rights issues. She was also a member of the Administrative Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society. She received honors for her oral argument presentation in Spanish at the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje Comercial in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ms. Pak earned her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Johns Hopkins University.Ms. Pak Yi has been admitted to practice law in New York, District of Columbia, and Virginia. She was raised in Bogota, Colombia, is a native Spanish speaker and is conversationally fluent in Korean.
