I found Diana one of most dedicated and thorough attorneys we've hired. We contracted Diana to review a number of contracts with Fortune 500 companies and she was fantastic. I understand she is now in personal injury and I know she will serve that industry well.
After visiting several law firms I met with Ms. DeGiorgio, she dedicated me over 2 hours to just reviewing my case. She gave me choices I did not now I had, and till this day I am in my home and I am finalazing my modification so I can stay in my home permanantly. I would highly recommend her, as the matter of fact thanks to her my aunt and uncle were able to stay in their home as well.
I met Diana at a free foreclosure seminar she conducted for homeowners like me who were on the brink of losing everything! I was emotional that evening and she gave me a hug and assured me that there was hope to save my home. I should have not have waited until the 11th hour, but I did and Diana came to my rescue. Fast forward, and a year later I am still in my home, and Diana continues to fight on my behalf. Actually another attorney who witnessed Diana in court shared with me in private that she is a persistant and thorough I was lucky to have have her representing me. I couldnt agree more!
The attorney misrepresented herself. She presented herself as a capable and pleasant individual. Unfortunately, after the first part of the retainer was received it was the last I heard from her. No communication from her office or her at all. Every time I called no answer, left messages (not returned), according to other sources she was always traveling. Mailed documents to her office and they were returned as no one at that address and no forwarding address provided. When I finally was able to meet with her because of my insistence to wait for her at her office door, she mentioned that she'd provide me with an alternate address to mail documents to her. She never emailed, mailed, text, or called me to inform of the new so called address. I'd like to warn others that are thinking about contacting this attorney...please do not use her services. She will see you once and then never contact you again. I met with her in October '10, went to her office because I did not hear from her until December '10, left her empty office and did not hear from her again until I contacted her in April '11. At all times I have an email trail of my communications to her about time-sensitive materials received and to date she has never even acknowledged that anything was sent by her to address my case. Based on her lack of communication, professional courtesy and poor attention to a client - I regret and will never recommend her to anyone. If there is a fine that may be imposed on false representation and lack of communication with a client - it should be imposed on her.
