My practice is focused on litigating disputes relating to real estate, banking, construction, and complex business and commercial issues. I currently work on issues and cases, representing numerous financial institutional clients, local and national banking institutions, including the FDIC, and various special asset servicers. I am admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas as well as in the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri and the District of Kansas.
