I am a co-founder of Cota Cole LLP, a growing California law firm specializing in many practice areas.  My personal practice areas include muncipal law and litigation.  I am a city attorney for two cities and represent several cities and counties in a wide range of litigation matters.  I also practice environmental law, with a focus on the surface mining and agricultural industries.  Other practice areas include real property and general business litigation.
