Where do I start I think if I’m not mistaken I met her through Father Teixeria after ordered to do community service after a shoplifting case. I was young and didn’t know anything about the law or deportation. Susan took my case after I was ordered deportable and she made sure everything in her power that I didn’t get deported. I hate to relive those dark days but if it was for her, wouldn’t have been here to raise my children. I trusted her and she did not fail it took time and she stayed on top of everything and thanks to her I became a citizen 2016. I would like to thank you for all your service in the immigration community you are a true hero. Not all heroes where cap some wear suits. I didn’t feel like a client. She made me feel like family I meet her family she meet mine’s.There a lot more detail to our story, years of pain healing and growth I’m truly grateful and blessed to have had her in my life.
Susan been my lawyer since 1998. She took me out of jail. She is a Great, understandable and Honest. I recommended her to a few people she always does a Great Job with them. She is the Best Lawyer...
Susan Church know her stuff. First, she has a keen sense of how and whether she can successfully mount a defense in a criminal case. Second, even before she takes a case, she is able to explain a complicated immigration case and chart out what and how long it takes to bring it to a successful conclusion. She is most effective when she can help a client with both criminal and immigration cases. I highly recommend her.
My N-400 was turn down by many lawyers due to an aggrevated felony conviction. But Attorney Church just got me an Oath Ceremony. Thank You, you are the best ! After 38 years I finally got my US citizenship.
Nobody like difficult cases specially moral turpide, she is able to take it, and specially when the Faith of her clients are over confident.
Attorney Church has the much needed - and too rare - combination of both immigration and criminal expertise. She is smart, creative, thorough, hardworking, and a passionate advocate for her clients. She is also kind and a pleasure to work with.
I strongly recommend Susan. I needed her only to do some reasearch on a couple of topics. Her work was immediate, brilliant, insightful, and showed a deep and compelling knowledge of the Law. I needed Susan to look into a very oblique question my current lawyers, who are very good, were unable to solve. She was able to immediately "crack the case". It was so compelling and so well done. I strongly recommend her.
Susan Church is one of the most exceptional attorneys I have ever worked with. She is smart, effective, tenacious, and singularly committed to her clients. When you need a strong advocate with extraordinary skill and acumen, Susan is unparalleled.
Susan is an amazing person. She is hands down the most experienced in Immigration law. Her length of experience in the court room, in conjunction with exposure to various & difficult cases make her the best of the best. Furthermore it was difficult to get information about other peoples experiences as she does not have much presence on the web. I called other immigration lawyer to see if they endorse her, as my case was not part of their expertise, this is how I found out about her. I was first hesitant to go with her because my husband's case I was told was next to impossible. Words cannot express how grateful I am towards this women. She is very busy but does call you when there is something to report...this made me even more nervous because our case was very time sensitive, I put all my trust in her even though I was so scared. She came through for us. My husband had a very complex immigration case that dated way back and she did the digging for us. Thank you Susan. Highly recommended!
She was recommend by many lawyers giving her experience and knowledge in the Criminal/immigration laws. It took me a month to get an appointment and when I finally met her, I felt was worth the wait. She was able to tell Us that my brother's previous lawyer gave him a "total inaccurate advice letter and not everything was AF/deportable". We discussed the fee she will charge for her services but needed the examine the criminal record of my brother, before she could take the case. I managed to obtain the documents at the Distric court house, sent them to her. And that's when Our ORDEAL with her started. 1 week went by, a month, 6 week, two months of constant attempts to reach her by phone, emails and she DIDN'T responded to them. Neither the previous lawyers my brother had, were able to get a hold of her. Few times during the over two months waiting period, she answered and my impression was that she didn't know anything about the case, barely remember who I was, until I told her that I'd flew from California to MA to see her. And still, she didn't say anything about taking the case and put us on hold again, "I will call you back" .... We patiently waited for her, she mislead Us and when I finally got her on the phone after two months, She simply say "I'm not taking new cases, I can't take the case, find another lawyer and good luck" That same day, my brother was notified that he will be Transfer to an ICE detention center in less than a week. I couldn't believe someone with her Reputation could so something like this. She knows, how important and sensitive is TIME for someone who face criminal/immigrations actions. Since she advocate for those who seek her for help. Her lack of communication and honesty, has added more difficulties on the case and sadly an agony for my brother and Our family who Believed and Have Faith in this lawyer. I hope this review help her firm to be more communicative with her clients and to many others who consider her services, to be aware that this happened, so won't happen to someone else. Even though, she put my brother's case in a disadvantage position (time), I give her the credit that she knows the laws. I Just wish, she could had been more honest and communicative since the beginning.
