About
Although many situations necessitate legal intervention, family issues are sensitive in nature. I provide civilized and professional legal counsel that prioritizes the needs of the family and client so as to minimize long term impact. I've handled many types of cases, including child custody when the parties have never been married, post judgment issues, guardianship and adoption. Each situation merits mapping a plan from the beginning, setting expectations for everyone involved, managing responsibilities, ensuring stability and maintaining consistent contact. I expect my clients to trust me and I expect to trust my clients, because I intimately understand the challenges involved in domestic relations law. Let's discuss solutions to your issues.

When my divorce began in Februaury of 2015, I hired Law Firm of Victoria & ended up with Ms. Williamson. She began to "disappear" from the beginning, always having a great excuse, which continued on throughout the following year. After our first court appearance, she was never prepared, she caused more stress than what I had already been experiencing. There were some issues with wording on my divorce decree, all because she didn't do her job. There were things I asked for & never received. We ended up back in court unexpectedly, one last time, which cost me paying my ex-husbands attorney fees, all because of her poor representation. She had no idea what she was talking about in front of the judge, had no explanation as to why we were there again. From what I gathered, she actually lied to the judge that the motion was never received, she claimed it was never signed, but the judge held it up with her signature on it. Terrible. I will not even give her one star.
