Attorney Dennis G. Whelan joined Slowiaczek Albers PC LLO in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced criminal defense and family law. His practice now focuses primarily on helping individuals through contentious divorce actions, custody disputes, division of marital assets, and criminal defense. Attorney Whelan has proven himself as an effective litigator and negotiator, successfully arguing before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals and regularly representing clients at trials and hearings. Dennis is licensed to practice law in the states of Nebraska and Iowa, as well as federal court in the U.S. District of Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association.
