I have been licensed to practice law in Massachsuetts and Rhode Island for over 38 years principally as a trial attorney or litagator. During my over 38 years of practice I have sucessfully tried civil and criminal cases before both jurys and judges without a jury in virtually every District and Superior Court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Superior Courts in Rhode Island.  I have also sucessfully represented hundreds of injured workers before the Industrial Accident Boards in Massachsusetts and Rhode and plaintiffs and defendants before municipal and state administrative bodies in both states.   I have a a sucess rate of over 95% in all my cases.
