Dennis represented me for my son's custody and he did the best for us. Because of him I got my son's custody. Also he didn't charge me for all the hours he was in the court. So far he is the best attorney I ever found.
I have hired Dennis for several years now (off and on) with an exhusband who is a prick. Dennis listened to my questions and concerns. He gave me honest (sometimes things we don't want to hear) answers and solutions to my problems. He was upfront about costs and told me what to do to cut them. Felicia had to show up at one of the court motions for Dennis and she did an excellent job - considering I had never spoken with her prior to seeing her in court. I was impressed with her. As far as their paralegal she is wonderful. Again, she listened to me and gave me honest, upfront answers. They always did what I wanted to do. I have recommended numerous friends and all have been happy. Other reviewers complain about the cost, however, I have found that they are all about the same. So for me, I want MY attorney to be able to stand up to my prick of an exhusband, not cower to him and help him out ---as my prior attorney did.
In 2005 Dennis Luca helped me when no other lawyer would... I must have called 20 lawyers one day - seeking advice regarding divorce and business settlement. Because I was at a severe financial disadvantage (the Ex had control) Dennis was the ONLY one who actually listened to my crisis and advised me of my options... Dennis gave me the courage to stand up ALONE in court, to the Ex and his Lawyer, and ask the Judge for temporary support, moving expenses and attorney fees. I did it and was able to retain Luca Law... In litigation nearly 5 yrs, it was a huge relief having Luca Law on my side. I was awarded a more than fair alimony and business settlement. I feel so blessed to have stumbled into Dennis that day on the phone. Thanks Luca Law, I'm eternally grateful...
Mr. Luca is extremely professional, experienced in many areas of law, especially Family Law/Domestic Violence/Criminal. He is very sincere and genuine and one of the best lawyers in town! He can be trusted and his experience as a retired Police Officer and IA is an added bonus! He will be real with you.
I hired Mr. Luca to represent me in my divorce. I went with him via a referral from a friend of a friend. His credentials - mainly his service with the police dept. - swayed me to him even though his fees are significantly higher than his peers. I erroneously believed that because his fees were higher his abilities and performance would be higher. I've been asking myself how I came to believe that. Sometimes I think people can fool themselves because they want to believe and throw good judgment away. I can't say Mr. Luca did a terrible job. I can say he did possibly an adequate job. But I can't say he did a stellar job to match my expectations. We settled the case. I do believe with another lawyer the outcome very easily could have been better and less expensive.
Worst lawyer I have hired in my lifetime, arrogant, he was a cope and has air of superiority his office is all a make up for a inept lawyer, It has been reported several times to the board of lawyers, I had filed a complain as well, research before hiring him
After working with him I realized that Mr. Luca was working for himself primarily and myself secondarily. He managed to get temporary spousal support for me and as Iong as I could pay his legal fees he would keep the legal process going. The legal process he employed, I felt, comprised of a lot of uneeded and unhelpful "filler" that would generate the most money he could extract from my case. When I started having trouble paying his legal fees he ended the case by having me accept a settlement that was wholly inadequate and unfair to me but because I didn't have the resources to continue was "forced" to accept.
hired to set aside a settlement that exceeded court's jurisdiction, took my money then told me to dismiss with prejudice, failed to state in motion settlement was fraud upon court, family court had no jurisdiction over a trust fund that prohibited its use for child support, then told me nothing when he let opposing counsel have the dismissal signed into a court order. Dismissals don't require entry into orders. He has refused to answer reasonable questions and wrote opposing counsel letter saying my motion had no merit! That was used in court against me.

Dennis represented me for my son's custody and he did the best for us. Because of him I got my son's custody. Also he didn't charge me for all the hours he was in the court. So far he is the best attorney I ever found.
