Todd Jarvis, an employee of that law firm, was assigned to provide all of the legal services in this regard. I reside in New York State and I dealt with Mr. Jarvis on many occasions by phone, fax and e-mail over a period of more than two years. There were a number of complicated matters involved in this probate proceeding, including intricate tax matters. With very little direction from me he did all the right things including skillfully playing a winning chess game with our opponent's attorney.
