Since 2012 I have represented catastrophically injured victims in cases ranging from trucking accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability claims, medical malpractice, maritime, products liability, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 cases. Many of these cases have involved fatalities, spine injuries, and brain injuries. Some of these injured victims have suffered spine injuries which left them in a paraplegic condition and brain injuries leaving them in a permanent vegetative state. No matter how tough the challenge, I believe failure is not an option, and there is no problem that cannot be resolved.
