About

Ms. Hoggard practices personal injury law, employment law and general civil litigation. She is currently the President of the Arkansas Bar Association. She is licensed in both Arkansas and Texas. She has litigated extensively in both federal and state courts. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas Little Rock School of Law and a certified criminal justice instructor with the Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute in employment law. She is also a former instructor with Webster University teaching a masters level course in the Legal Aspects of Human Resources. She is a frequent lecturer in her areas of concentration.            Ms. Hoggard earned her B.S. degree in journalism at Arkansas State University and her J.D. degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, chair of the Arkansas Bar Association Personnel Committee, the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, former president of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. She is a member of the Arkansas Women’s Executives.            Ms. Hoggard earned her B.S. degree in journalism at Arkansas State University and her J.D. degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has litigated matters arising under the Civil Rights Act, (sex, race, national origin, and religious discrimination), the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, wage and hour law, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, wrongful termination, employment contracts.
